The Elcometer FV Flat Valve has been designed for use with mineral abrasives, enabling reliable metering from the Blast Pot to the hose. Manufactured out of high grade, non-corrosive aluminium with durable steel discs, the Elcometer Flat Valve ensures that reliable metering of mineral abrasives can be easily maintained through the use of the lever handle. The valve's 45° inclined design affords a uniform mixture of air and abrasive, with its locking not allowing users to define the rate of flow through the valve. Maintenance has been made simple thanks to the easy access port which can be cleared in minutes to prevent clogging; our service kits contain everything you need to minimise downtime in the field. Available in two versions, the Mini Flat Valve is specially designed for use with Elcometer 1020 Blast Machines whilst the larger Flat Valves can be applied to most Blast Pots available on the market.
