The Elcometer range of RCV4000 Remote Control Valves allows you to safely pressurise and depressurise the blast machine from the nozzle, delivering maximum efficiency with minimum fuss. With a universal fit to all Blast Machines, Elcometer's range of RCV4000 pneumatic Remote Control Valves allow you to control the flow of compressed air directly from the blast nozzle using a deadman's handle. Designed and built in Great Britain out of high grade, non-corrosive aluminium, the valves ensure the highest levels of safety and reliability in the field. Enhancing productivity, the range is available with a 38mm (1½") diameter design which reduces system pressure losses by improving airflow. What's more, as the whole system can be quickly removed using two union joints, servicing and maintenance downtime is effectively minimised. Safe Control Used with a deadman's handle, the Elcometer RCV4000 Remote Control valves have immediate start/stop capability, allowing you ultimate control over the blast stream. Its built-in heavy duty exhaust valve ensures that shut downs are both safe and fast whilst the Exhaust Silencer traps small abrasive particles in the air as it exits the Blast Machine during depressurisation.
