Brief descriptionThe LY.A-STP-HVD leveling foot is a sealing leveling support designed for industrial equipment that requires high cleanability and resistance to liquids and frequent washdowns. Technopolymer base, SUPER‑technopolymer articulated stem, visually detectable blue (RAL 5005), materials compliant with food contact regulations.
Construction- Base: technopolymer (polyamide PA) reinforced with glass fiber, smooth finish (Ra < 0.8 μm), blue RAL 5005.
- Articulated stem: SUPER‑technopolymer (PA) reinforced with glass fiber; hex socket and adjustment hexagon.
- Sealing gasket: thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), hardness 70 ±5 Shore A, blue RAL 5005.
- Anti‑slip pad: NBR rubber, hardness 70 Shore A, supplied assembled, black.
Performance and standards- Designed to be practically sealed: cavity‑free design and fitted stem gasket prevent dirt accumulation and simplify cleaning.
- Suitable for environments with frequent water jet cleaning and presence of liquids (tested to IP65 / IP67).
