Main specifications

• Bracket: glass-fibre reinforced polyamide (PA) technopolymer, RAL 5005 blue, matte finish.
• Bushings and washers: AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Bearing: chrome steel high-quality bearing with traceability codes.
• Lubricator: straight stainless-steel lubricator with G 1/8 thread.
• Packing rings: NBR rubber (VITON® available on request).
• Cover: glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP) technopolymer, RAL 5015 blue, closed cap for head bracket or pass-through shafts.

Standard executions

• UCF-S-T: head bracket with closed cover.
• UCF-S-P: bracket for pass-through shaft with drilled cover and NBR packing ring for rotating shafts.

General information

• Overall dimensions comply with ISO 3228.
• Completely sealed packing rings protect the bearing from dirt ingress.
• Reduced contact surface of the support base facilitates sanitisation.
• Maximum shaft misalignment: 2.5°.

Instructions for use

• Designed for assembly with shafts without end stops.
• For optimum performance, apply periodic lubrication with grease resistant to high temperatures and oxidation.
