Roller chain guide RCG-CE in technopolymer (UHMW-PE). Designed to support, align and protect ISO 606 (DIN 8187) roller chains in conveyors and transport systems. Original design ELESA.

Main specifications
Material: ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) based technopolymer. Colour: RAL 6032 green. Supplied in 2000 mm bars.

Features and applications
The profile improves chain sliding by reducing friction and limiting lateral oscillation. Suitable for flush-mounted sliding channels on transport platforms where pallets, boxes or metal profiles travel above the chain.

Effects of side walls

• Creates a seat that prevents lateral slipping of the chain.
• Reduces the likelihood of dirt and debris lodging in the chain links.

Mounting and design notes
The bottom C-shaped cutout allows installation on the RCG-GU mounting guide. Specifically designed for applications requiring flush installation on conveyor decks. Supplied in 2000 mm length profiles.
