Material
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) based technopolymer, RAL 6032 green.

Standard executions

• RCG-T-S: Profile with a single guide tooth to accommodate a single roller chain.
• RCG-T-D: Profile with a double guide tooth to accommodate a double roller chain.
• RCG-T-T: Profile with a triple guide tooth to accommodate a triple roller chain.

Features and applications
Used in conveyors or transport systems. The guide enables sliding of roller chains compliant with ISO 606 (DIN 8187). The guide supports, aligns and protects the chain during movement, improving sliding performance by reducing friction and preventing potential oscillation. Supplied in 2000 mm long bars.
