RCG-E-S — Guide profile with side walls featuring a single guide tooth for a single roller chain. Roller chain guide type E made of technopolymer.

Material
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) based technopolymer, colour RAL 6032 (green).

Standard executions

• RCG-E-S: profile with side walls with a single guide tooth to accommodate a single roller chain.
• RCG-E-D: profile with side walls with a double guide tooth to accommodate a double roller chain.

Features and applications

• Designed for conveyors and transport systems to guide, align and protect roller chains compliant with ISO 606 (DIN 8187).
• Improves sliding performance by reducing friction and preventing potential chain oscillation.
• Side walls create a seat preventing lateral chain displacement and reduce ingress of dirt/debris into chain links.
• Suitable for flush-mounted tracks on transport beds where pallets, boxes or metal profiles travel over the chain.
• Supplied in 2000 mm long bars for cutting and assembly.
