Features and applications
When used in conveyors or transport systems, the completely flat guide allows smooth running of roller chains compliant with ISO 606 (DIN 8187) standard and other chain types (including special chains with extended pins, welded attachments or fly-rollers). The guide's smooth surface permits use as a chain guide on industrial conveyors and as a lateral guide rail on automation lines. The bottom C-shaped cutout allows installation on the compatible mounting guide. The guide supports, aligns and protects the chain during movement, improving sliding performance by reducing friction and preventing oscillation. Supplied in 2000 mm long bars.
