Overview
Twin-head electronic cutting-off machine with automatic traverse of the moving cutting head driven by a brushless motor under numerical/CNC control. Pneumatic angular setting from 90° to 22°30' (external) in two fixed positions or optional mechanical adjustment for intermediate angles. Hydropneumatic blade feed with adjustable feed rate.

Loading and unloading

• Roller conveyor on the movable saw unit for standard loading and unloading.
• Optional additional clamping device on the roller conveyor to secure the remaining bar.
• Optional profile height measuring device for automatic correction of the cutting dimension according to actual profile dimensions.

Control system

• Pedestal-mounted control panel connected to the machine bed; positionable individually.

Intermediate tilting adjustment

Profile clamping

• Reliable, precise clamping using two horizontal pneumatic clamping cylinders.
• Optional vertical clamping configuration available when required.
• Manually positionable additional clamp holds the remaining piece during cutting.

Protective hoods for sawing units

• Two automatic protective hoods on the sawing units protect the processing area.
• Hoods made of scratch-resistant polycarbonate open and close automatically according to cutting cycles.
