Folding handle 90° — definition
A U-shaped folding handle designed to operate, lift and move objects such as doors, hatches, panels and equipment. When folded, the handle sits flush to reduce space and risk of snagging.

Material

• Base in stainless steel (AFNOR Z 6 CN 18-10 M, Werk 1.4308, AISI CF-8), available in natural matt finish or black film-coated stainless steel.
• Handle in stainless steel (AFNOR Z 6 CN 18-09, Werk 1.4301, AISI 304), matt finish.
• Retention spring in stainless steel (AFNOR Z 12 CN 18-09, Werk 1.4310, AISI 301).

Versions

• Available in natural stainless steel or black film-coated stainless steel.
• With retention spring (holds position) or free version (no spring).
• Fixing options: threaded holes, bored holes or weld-on version.

Overall footprint (width × height): 124 × 59 mm. Single main size available for this handle.

Use

• Designed for lifting, moving and handling objects, furniture, doors, hatches and equipment.
• Compact when folded, improving safety by staying flush with the mounting surface and reducing risk of impact or snagging.
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use due to stainless steel construction (resistant to humidity and corrosive environments).
• Available in manual retention (with spring) or free (automatic) versions.

Mounting

• Threaded version: secured with two appropriate screws (socket head cap screw, countersunk, pan head, hex head). Fixing screws not included.
• Bored version: installed using two socket head cap screws 31-54.
• Weld-on version: welded directly to the structure.
