Description

PANTER 40 B

Special stone brick system inside the burning chamber provides maximum effciency with the fuel consumption. Flexibility in consumption of any kind of fuel like diesel, fuel-oil, gas, coal, wood etc. with this oven you have the chance of choosing the cheapest heating source. Very low electric and maintenance costs because of less mechanical operating parts and malfunctions. Steam-tube pipes surrounding around the baking chamber to ensure homogeny and intense baking. With the special automatic glass cover design, there will be no time loss while loading and emptying. Through the heat resistance glass doors, baking process of the bread can be watched without opening the doors. Easy to
use the selenoid steam valves controlled on both sides of the oven. Best bread color
because of the smooth steam. Best baking because of the special casting deck stones.
Heat in the burning chamber bricks and the tubes is so effcient, there’s no need
to stop the production even there is power outage for a long time
