Cross travel uses high-density S55C steel rails with ultra-precision linear roller bearings for smooth, rigid motion. Vertical head swivel is driven via AC servo on a worm shaft with numerical angle input to 0.1° accuracy for precision angular grinding.
Spindle & Motor setCartridge-type spindles assembled in-house use six super-precision CP4 angular contact bearings with permanent lubrication for low noise, low thermal growth and sustained accuracy. High-torque V3-grade spindle motors (Japanese brand) are dynamically balanced and coupled directly to the spindle for maximum torque transmission and reduced vibration.
LubricationForce-feed lubrication delivers oil from upper to lower railways to avoid pulsation effects and ensure consistent lubrication. A sensor monitors oil pressure and disables table motion if lubrication pressure is abnormal to protect the rails.
Hydraulic systemPrecision electrical control governs a proportional hydraulic valve. Table speed can be adjusted from the operator panel to optimise cycle time. Hydraulic oil temperature is stabilised by a Habor coolant system to maintain hydraulic performance and protect components during long runtime.
Control System (PNC type)DSC-based NC integrates machine functions on a single control panel. AC servo motors control vertical and cross feeds. LCD panel with digital inputs allows straightforward operation across grinding tasks; the system is designed for ease of use without complex programming.
