DescriptionElectrodeionization technology produces high-purity water with little or no chemical usage. The CDI-LX®-H is a pre-engineered continuous electrodeionization system designed for pharmaceutical and other high-purity applications. Systems support hot-water sanitization up to 80°C for bacterial control. Standard configurations include single or multiple (up to 8) IONPURE® CDI-LX modules mounted on a frame with power supplies, controllers, piping, sample valves, cleaning connections, and flow and quality monitoring instrumentation. Continuous electrodeionization provides an uninterrupted supply of high-purity water (up to 18 megohm·cm) without the need for regeneration chemicals. Flow and quality monitoring instrumentation is standard; remote I/O is available as an option. Systems are factory tested (FAT) and supplied with validation documentation.
