Description
The Deluxe Full-Flow Air Knife Kit includes a Full-Flow Air Knife, EFC (Electronic Flow Control), Universal Air Knife Mounting System, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator with coupler. The Full-Flow design delivers uniform airflow across the entire length while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for tight machine spaces. Kits are stocked in common lengths and offered in aluminum or Type 303 stainless steel.

Materials

• Aluminum - Aircraft-grade aluminum with plastic shim; suitable where corrosion is not an issue. Stainless steel screws included for damp locations. Max service temperature up to 180°F (82°C).
• Type 303 Stainless Steel - Good strength and suited to mildly corrosive environments. Max service temperature up to 800°F (427°C).
