Overview
EXAIR 1/8 NPT PowerStream nozzles provide a superior spraying solution for an extensive range of industrial processes including cooling, rinsing, washing, coating, and dust control. Designed to provide a uniform, deflected flat fan spray pattern, the nozzle ensures efficient liquid distribution that is consistent across the full width of spray. Its clog-resistant design makes it suitable for environments with particulates or potentially viscous fluids. Available in stainless steel with a variety of flow rates for flexible integration. Available from stock and ready to ship same-day. 1/8 NPT thread. Suitable for use up to 250 PSI liquid pressure.

Materials

Type 303 Stainless Steel - All EXAIR Liquid Atomizing Nozzles are constructed with Type 303 stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures and corrosive environments. Designed for environments with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C).


How It Works
With these nozzles, the atomizing fluid is supplied into the body of the nozzle where it is directed through the exit orifice and deflected off the smooth, angled surface of the nozzle tip. The resultant spray shape is a wide-angle, deflected flat-fan pattern.
