Overview
EXAIR's 1/4 NPT OmniStream™ Cone nozzles generate a uniform full-cone spray for liquid atomization. Vaneless, with wide internal passages to resist clogging, they suit liquids containing particulates and provide a compact right-angle footprint. Designed for use with water, rinse aids, detergents, chemicals, pesticides and herbicides. Liquid flow is regulated by liquid pressure up to 250 PSI.

How it works
Liquid enters the nozzle body and forms a vortex in the chamber. The vortex and the precisely machined orifice break surface tension to produce a uniform full-cone spray at a controlled angle and droplet distribution.
