NIR absorbance sensor EXspect 231

Overview
EXspect 231 is a NIR compact absorption sensor for monitoring production processes in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries and other process applications. The stainless steel housing with wear-free sapphire windows includes an integrated digital measuring amplifier and a touch display. Measurement units can be output in % turbidity, absorption or common turbidity units. A maximum measuring range of 0...6 AU is available and can be output via the standard 4...20 mA interface. Two alarm limits can be programmed and various switching outputs are available.

Parametrization and calibration
Parameterization via the integrated touch display or via EXpert parameterization software. Optical filters of the EXcap110 series are available to check and calibrate the sensor.
