Our molds removing machines accept molds up to 600 mm long, with two hooking arms between pan and lid. They are made of stainless steel and plastic materials suitable for food contact, assembled in a way that makes washing and sanitizing easy and effective. Produced in models with productivity ranging from 250 to 620 pcs/h, they are self-adjusting on the height and length of the molds, which can be transferred to a mold washer or loaded onto trolleys or frames. The product, whose extraction from the mold is aided by the blowing of compressed air, is transferred to downstream work stations for trimming and/or packaging. All models are compact, simple, reliable, easy to wash and sanitize, with internet connection for remote assistance. They are made in 2 models, for molds up to 400 mm long and up to 600 mm long. Both models are self-adjusting on height and transversal length, while the cross references on which to place the molds, inserted by the operator, must be adjusted manually. A PLC allows the complete management of the machine. Productivity is 250 to 360 molds /h, depending on the model. It derives from the automatic models and, thanks to the use of numerically controlled axes, allows perfect demolding with considerably higher productivity, up to 620 pcs/h. Like the other models, it is equipped with a lid extraction device made with a divarication system that prevents damage to the handles. Also extremely compact, with touch screen panel for easy operations.
