Overview
The ingenious panel saw with double pivoting for angle cuts in all positions. With innovative details, the kappa 590 sets a new benchmark for premium sliding table panel saws. The machine features a new twin-pivot unit with a total swivel range of 92° and a maximum cutting height of 202 mm (with a 550 mm saw blade). The kappa 590 is equipped with a highly efficient synchronous motor with continuously adjustable speed control and Poly-V-belt power transmission. All machine axes are controlled ergonomically via a central 15" touch screen with in-house graphical user interface, many preset programs, USB interface and prepared network connection.

Variants / Controls
The kappa 590 is available in different control variants (examples shown on the page: e-motion and x-motion) and multiple configuration packages and outrigger versions to suit specific production needs. The e-motion variant is shown with control “e-motion”; the x-motion variant is offered with alternative control functionality and some differing optional cutting height configurations.

Software & Productivity
The in-house software provides a graphical user interface with numerous predefined cutting programs and the ability to import and export cutting sequences via USB. Many preset programs (for example: pyramid, various geometric shapes and complex compound cuts) support fast, repeatable production workflows and cutting optimisation.
