Motorized Roller Conveyors D50-P85 The motorized roller conveyors allow movement of products across the working cycle automatically and without the use of operators. They connect the different areas of the packaging line and carry the loads individually with predetermined speed, allowing a continuous and constant cycle. Motorized roller conveyors for moving boxes, built with galvanized steel rollers complete with ring gears for power transmission and tangential chain 1/2", motors groups of adequate power with start/stop switches. They can be included in automatic handling lines and equipped with control photocells (the photocells are activated at the passage of the product and make the conveyors move or stop). The standard speed is 15 m/min but can be equipped with an inverter to reduce or increase the advancement. The rollers can have working width from 500, 650 or 800 mm. The standard height is adjustable between 650 and 850 mm, but on request supports with different heights can be made.
