Deviation system with vertical rollers, suitable for diverting the direction of advancement of the boxes without the use of pushers or rotary tables. The system consists of a sloping roller conveyor for the gravity drop of the boxes and two motorized conveyor belts. For example, you can unload the boxes from a taper or strapping machine and divert it to 380°, making it back to the operator. This type of deviator allows you to change the way the boxes advance in little space and with the use of few electronic systems without the use of photocells and PCL (software). The system can be adapted to different handling lines as needed and can be made up of conveyor belts and idle rollers with different lengths, sizes and useful dimensions. The conveyor belts used have variable speed and are equipped with emergency mushrooms which immediately interrupt their operation in case of danger or need. The idle rollers positioned vertically accompany the box and allow it to rotate.
