Motorized roller conveyors with a diameter of 60 mm and a pitch of 80 mm are designed for efficient pallet handling. These conveyors feature a robust painted steel frame with adjustable, fixable feet. The high-quality rollers are made of galvanized steel, rotating on shielded ball bearings, and equipped with sprockets or toothed wheels. Transmission is achieved through chain loops or tangential chains. The gearmotors provide adequate power, controlled by start/stop switches or photocells. Standard roller widths are 800, 1000, 1200, and 1500 mm, with module lengths of 2000 or 3000 mm. Ideal for handling pallets, containers with reduced bases, and standard pallets with cross feed.
