The FPGT model is a practical, portable battery-powered strapping tool, lightweight and well-balanced. It is the model we recommend for those switching from manual strapping to battery strapping. FPGT Model Presentation: - Tension is adjustable depending on needs and the product to be strapped. - In the 12–16 mm model, the upper button applies tension, while the side lever performs vibration welding (friction heating). - The 16–19 mm model has two upper buttons but works the same way. Perfectly balanced, it can be used for both vertical and horizontal strapping. It features a brushless motor powered by a next-generation lithium battery and a digital display with always-visible parameters (tension, welding time, and battery charge level). Available in two versions: - Model FPGT3000/V2: for 12–16 mm strap, 14.4 V battery, adjustable tension up to 3000 N. This model allows manual tension control. Welding time and tension can be set from the panel. - Model FPGT5000: for 12–16–19 mm strap, 18 V battery, adjustable tension up to 5000 N. This model can be used in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. Manual mode: the operator controls the tension by pressing the button. Semi-automatic mode: the operator holds down the tensioning button. Once the preset tension is reached, the tool automatically welds and cuts. Automatic mode: the operator briefly presses the tensioning button, and the tool automatically tensions, welds, and cuts. Ferplast guarantees spare parts, technical and commercial support.
