Semiautomatic strapping machine for pallets. High reliability and security. This new model differs from the normal semi-automatic strapping machines thanks to his head, derived from the automatic machine and allows a high tensile strength. MAIN FEATURES - Structure in painted steel with ergonomic handle and polyurethane wheels with high smoothness. - Hinged channel with wheel to facilitate insertion of the strap into the base of the pallet. - Reel housing with brake and accident prevention. - Door equipped with safety switch and reset button (if you open it, the machine stops). - Strap tensioned in two phases: in the first phase the strap is pulled in contact with the package, in the second phase the tension is made by a mechanical system with eccentric. - Proximity sensors to control the various stages of strapping (replacing the normal microswitch). - Electrical panel with PLC. - Tensile adjustment with practical mechanical selector with notches numbered from 1 to 8. - Channel with flaps for strap containment. - Safety function with tensioning delay (when the operator inserts the strap, he has the time to move away the hand). - Height of the welding point from the floor: mm 450 (allows strapping of low pallet).
