Ferplast ESH 201 is a 5 mm automatic magazine and newspaper strapping machine. It is high speed and is ideal for book trading, paper and cardboard industry, book binding machines and box factories. It provides a fast strapping speed, which results in high strapping cycles per minute. This ensures best-in-class performance. It is possible to customize the machine as per client requests. Once a package is kept at the required strapping position, the cycle is started by the foot switch. The machine performs automatic feeding, tensioning, sealing and cutting of straps. The panel settings provide a choice among 5 tensioning values based on material type. Recovery over the pack edges is smooth. Strap feeding is automatic. The strap should be removed from the pool box and inserted into the feed roller. Upon pushing of the feed button, the full strapping cycle is ready for automatic application. In case of an initial launch failure, the machine provides an automatic strap relaunch.
