Pneumatic strapping tool with vibration welding (heating by friction) for polyester PET straps with a width of 25-32 mm and a maximum thickness of 1.27 mm. Compact, handy, easy to use, it is suitable for closing all kinds of flat packaging. Thanks to a very short base and the command of reverse rotation of the roller, it may also strap round packing with a minimum diameter of 700 mm. The operator simply inserts the two overlapped strips into the strapping tool, presses a button to make the tension, a second button to get the vibration welding, and at the end a third button to pull out the tensioning device effortlessly. The operator will insert the edges between the base and the tensioning roller of the tensioning device. The operator must then press the lever to tighten the strap until you reach the desired tension. Pressing a second lever, the tensioning device automatically welds and cuts the strap. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type and on strap of choice. Optional: Strapping trolley: For handling and unwinding of the reel of strapping it is appropriate to use the special trolley. In this way it is avoided that the strapping band is carried out incorrectly creating of a hitch in use. Protective corners: The angular plastic and cardboard are used on products still to be strapped, so that the strapping tension does not damage the corners of the more fragile products. Compressor: The strapping tool can be connected to a compressed air system or to a compressor. In addition to standard compressors (quite noisy), we have silenced compressors suitable for installation in the same environment in which it is used the tensioning device.
