Description

Loading ramps are essential tools to facilitate the loading and unloading of vehicles, equipment, and machinery on vans, trailers, or flatbeds. Easy to use, they represent a practical and safe solution in industrial, artisanal, or hobby contexts. In particular, the loading ramps of the FPH30-35-60 series offer the perfect combination of lightness, resistance, and maneuverability. They are designed to support loads of up to 1,750 kg, making them ideal for light vehicles and medium-sized equipment. Available in different configurations, with a maximum length of up to 3,500 mm, the models of the series include: - FPH35 and FPH60: both available with a fixed or foldable structure (depending on the model chosen) to adapt to different transport, use, and storage needs. - Non-slip perforated surface: guarantees maximum grip even in difficult environmental conditions, reducing the risk of slipping during loading and unloading operations. All ramp models are sold in pairs; upon request, it is possible to purchase the ramps individually. CHOOSING THE LENGTH: The choice of length is a fundamental aspect to ensure safe use of the ramp, calculated based on various factors: - Loading height: The distance between the ground and the point where the ramp ends (usually the cargo area of a van). The greater this height, the greater the length of the ramp must be to avoid excessively steep inclinations. - Ramp inclination: It is advisable to maintain a maximum slope between 20% and 30% depending on the type of load. - Product weight: Another fundamental aspect is the weight of the vehicle/equipment that must be loaded. The shorter the ramp, the greater its capacity will be, but at the same time, the greater the inclination that the latter will assume. Based on this, we can indicatively determine that: - For a height of 30 cm, it is recommended to use a ramp with a length of 1500 mm - For a height of 50 cm, it is recommended to use a ramp with a length of 2000 mm - For a height of 70 cm, it is recommended to use a ramp with a length of 2500 mm - For a height of 85 cm, it is recommended to use a ramp with a length of 3000 mm - For a height of 100 cm, it is recommended to use a ramp with a length of 3500 mm TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS FPH30-FPH35-FPH60 The ramps are supplied complete with hole but without anchoring accessories; it will be the customer's responsibility to equip themselves with the appropriate fixing systems based on their operational needs. Key Features / Technical Specifications: - Series: FPH30-35-60 - Types: Standard and Folding - Capacity: 180 to 1,750 Kg (depending on model) - Length: up to 3,500 mm - Width: 200 mm or 300 mm (depending on model) - Non-slip perforated surface - Sold in pairs (single ramp available on request) - Supplied with hole, without anchoring accessories
