Loading Ramps Series FPH110-125 Our FPH110-125 series loading ramps are designed to ensure maximum strength and safety in even the most demanding loading and unloading operations. Thanks to their reinforced structure, they are the ideal solution for use with small bulldozers, mini-excavators, gardening machines and work equipment. Perfect for the earthmoving, gardening and light construction sectors, these ramps offer a large load capacity, from 2,330 kg up to 4,110 kg, and are available in lengths up to 4,000 mm, making them ideal for loading and unloading from trucks, trailers or trolleys with a high loading platform. The ramps are available both in the version with a safety edge, useful for preventing lateral slipping, and in the version without an edge. The FPH125 models have a maximum standard width of 320 mm, but on request a version with an increased width of 350 mm is also available, both with and without a border, ideal for those who need a larger transit area. All models are supplied with a non-slip stepped surface, designed to ensure maximum grip during use. On request with a 15% increase it is possible to have the ramps with a full non-slip "millerighe" surface. CHOOSING THE LENGTH: The choice of length is a fundamental aspect to ensure safe use of the ramp, the latter is calculated based on various factors: - Loading height: The distance between the ground and the point where the ramp ends (usually the cargo area of a van). The greater this height, the greater the length of the ramp must be to avoid excessively steep inclinations. - Ramp inclination: it is advisable to maintain a maximum slope between 20% and 30% depending on the type of load. - Product weight: another fundamental aspect is the weight of the vehicle/equipment that must be loaded. The shorter the ramp, the greater its capacity will be, but at the same time the greater the inclination that the latter will assume.
