LOADING RAMPS SERIES FPH190-220The ramps of the FPH190-220 series are perfect equipment for loading heavy vehicles, designed to ensure maximum resistance and safety in the loading and unloading operations of high-tonnage vehicles. Ideal for use in the agricultural and earthmoving sectors, these ramps are the perfect solution for use with heavy excavators, large tractors, combine harvesters and other agricultural or industrial vehicles.Built with high-resistance materials and reinforced structural profiles, they offer a load capacity of up to 12,000 kg, ensuring solidity even in the most extreme working conditions. The available length of up to 5,000 mm allows a controlled slope suitable for high containers and platforms, ensuring safety even when manoeuvring tracked vehicles.The ramps are available both in the version with a lateral safety edge with a height of 43 mm (for the FPH190 models), and 50 mm (for the FPH220 models), useful for preventing lateral slipping, and in the version without an edge.The FPH220 version has a maximum internal width of 500 mm, but on request a version with an increased width of 550 mm is also available, ideal for those who need a larger transit area.All models are supplied with a non-slip surface with steps, designed to ensure maximum grip during use.CHOOSING THE LENGTH:The choice of length is a fundamental aspect to ensure safe use of the ramp, the latter is calculated based on various factors:- Loading height: The distance between the ground and the point where the ramp ends (usually the cargo area of ​​a van). The greater this height, the greater the length of the ramp must be to avoid excessively steep inclinations.- Ramp inclination: it is advisable to maintain a maximum slope between 20% and 30% depending on the type of load.- Product weight: another fundamental aspect is the weight of the vehicle/equipment to be loaded.
