The FGP-C is a food-grade primary belt cleaner engineered to remove excess product from cleated plastic modular belts in food processing environments. Mounted under the head pulley, the cleaner uses a curved, rotating blade to maintain full contact with cleats and efficiently prevent carryback on cleated conveyors used in beef, pork, and poultry applications.

• Mounted at the underside of the head pulley with a curved blade (available in UHMW or Metal Detectable) that efficiently cleans excess product off the belt and cleats.
• The cleaner rotates so the blade can maintain full contact with the cleat, improving cleaning effectiveness for cleated modular belts.
