Overview
The Velar Prime ESD is an electric height-adjustable ESD workstation designed for EPA areas and environments requiring electrostatic discharge protection. Suitable for electronics assembly, quality control, laboratories and packing stations.

Construction & ergonomics

• Electric height adjustment: 715–1215 mm for seated or standing work; intuitive control panel with memory for up to 4 presets.
• C-leg steel frame with antistatic powder coating; color options RAL 7035, RAL 7016 or MIX.
• Load capacity: up to 160 kg; collision detection sensors compliant with DIN EN 14738.

Worktop and accessories

• ESD worktop: 25 mm laminated particleboard with melamine finish, compliant with IEC 61340-5-1; easy to clean.
• Shelves: 1 full-length + 1 half-length, depth 300 mm (optional 400 mm), tilt 0°/10°/15°, 15 kg capacity each.
• Perforated rear panel: EU grid, 300 mm height for tool mounting.
• Container rail: half-length, 10 kg capacity; optional drawer module (up to 40 kg) and LED ESD lighting (≈5000 K, up to 4778 lm).
