The Fumex PSR is a stainless steel source extraction arm developed for industries with working environments classified as explosive. Its design is based on Fumex’s fundamental principle of external support arms, which provides the lowest possible pressure drop and a low risk of blockage. The polished stainless steel surface finish and hose mounted with quick couplings make the PSR one of the easiest extraction arms to clean in its category. It is available in lengths of 2000, 3000 and 4000 mm and in dimensions Ø100, 125, 160 and 200 mm.

The PSR EXC is developed for explosive working environments where solvents and corrosive gases must be extracted. Its polyethylene (PE) hose is conductive and resistant to corrosive substances, making it well suited for demanding applications where both chemical resistance and safe conductivity are required.

The PSR EXD is a source extraction arm for explosive working environments where dust is one of the main risk factors. Like the EXC version, it is built around a hygienic and easy-to-clean stainless steel design with external support arms and quick-coupling hose connections for simple maintenance and cleaning.

The product is described as ATEX compatible in the product sheet. At the same time, the sheet states that it contains no inherent ignition source and therefore cannot be certified under the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.
