A precision 2" hydraulic crimper head designed for production of Gates hose assemblies across multiple constructions. Engineered for low-volume shop production, the head-only configuration connects to any 10,000 PSI hydraulic power unit. A tablet command interface with Gates eCrimp™ provides immediate access to crimp specifications to ensure accurate, repeatable operation.

The Gates Flex Series hydraulic crimping line delivers flexibility, connectivity and precision for small to medium operations. This GC™ 32 FLEX™ head offers a modular, portable design that can be used as a head-only unit, combined with a hydraulic power unit, or configured as a fully integrated crimper. The tablet interface with continuously updated eCrimp™ data supports efficient, error‑free crimp cycles.
