Short descriptionGeovent spring balancers are mechanical devices for suspending hand tools, hoses and lightweight equipment in industrial environments, workshops, production lines and assembly areas. By counterbalancing the suspended weight, they improve ergonomics and handling precision, reduce operator fatigue and help maintain an organised, safer workstation.
Use and integrationSpring balancers are adapted for repetitive tasks where tool positioning and ergonomics are critical. They can be integrated with channel duct systems, suction/extraction systems, WING Arm solutions and hose reels to streamline workflows and ensure consistent tool placement during operations.
What do you get?- Reduced strain on arms, shoulders and back
- Easier handling and positioning of tools and hoses
- Organised and clutter-free work area
- Automatic cable retraction for improved safety
- Progressive pulling force for smooth, controlled movement
- Durable aluminium housing for long service life
- Variants in weight capacity and cable length to match application needs
Functional featuresSpring balancers provide a progressive pulling force that counterbalances suspended equipment and permits stable movement. When released, the cable retracts automatically to the start position. Models are available with or without a locking function to fix the tool at a required length. Multiple variants allow selection based on capacity and cable length requirements.
