DESCRIPTION Rubber belt tumble blast machine is ideal for mass-produced parts, which can be tumbled. Shot blasting machines type GG are built in different sizes that can accept single fill / load up to 1,000 kg (volume 500 l). Tumble blast machine has an endless perforated belt in a shape of a drum. The workpieces can be loaded manually or with a special loading device in a drum, where they start to roll and turn during belt rotation so that entire surface of the workpiece is quality shotblasted. For emptying the shot blasting machine, the belt rotation is switched in the opposite direction turning mode. Machines’ housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel liners. High efficiency of the tumble blast machine is enabled by the continuous abrasive handling and reclamations system for continued returning and cleaning of blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials. If you want to automate the process, the workpieces can be loaded into the machine by mean of the hydraulic loader, which is made according to the specific requirements of the customer. During unloading, the parts fall onto a vibrating or unloading conveyor belt and are transported to the next operation.
