DESCRIPTION Overhead rail shot blasting machine is designed for the processing of various medium-sized and large workpieces, which often include fragile and delicate parts that cannot be tumbled in bulk loads. The workpieces can weigh from 5 kg to 10,000 kg or more and are produced in medium and large series. Workpieces are hanged individually or in a cluster on rotating hooks on a closed loop conveyor going through the shot blasting machine. The length of transport line and the number of trolleys is adjusted according to the customer’s requirements. You can choose among manually operated monorail or automatic power and free conveyor. In the process of shotblasting the workpieces are moved forward and backward in the jet of abrasive, which enables efficient and uniform shotblasting. When the shotblasting cycle is completed, the door opens, finished workpieces move out of the machine, and a new cluster is transported into the machine on the other side. The housing of the shot blasting machine is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel or is completely made of manganese steel and additionally protected on the most exposed parts. The system for continuous return and cleaning of the abrasive together with efficient blasting wheels made of wear-resistant materials enable high efficiency of the shot blasting machine.
