DESCRIPTION Spinner hanger shot blasting machine is designed for shotblasting of various medium-sized and large workpieces, which often include fragile and delicate parts that cannot be tumbled in bulk loads. It is ideal for heavy workpieces of complex shapes. The workpieces can weigh from 1 kg to 50,000 kg or more and are produced in small or medium-sized series. Small workpieces can be treated in batches, while larger and heavier parts are usually treated individually. The workpieces are hung individually or in a cluster on a rotating hook and transported along an I, Y or circular conveyor to the shot blasting machine. The rotation of workpieces in the abrasive jet enables efficient processing of even hard-to-reach surfaces. The housing of the shot blasting machine is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel or is completely made of manganese steel and additionally protected on the most exposed parts. The system for continuous return and cleaning of the abrasive together with efficient blasting wheels made of wear resistant materials enable high efficiency of the shot blasting machine.
