DESCRIPTION Shot blasting machine with rotating drum is designed for shotblasting small to medium-sized workpieces that are produced in small or medium-sized batches. The drum has a special shape with a “triangle” in the middle. This results in a three-dimensional movement, the rolling of the pieces, which allows optimal shotblasting / processing of the workpieces. The shot blasting machine with rotating drum is made from one piece, which means there are no points where workpieces can get stuck. The drum is usually made of manganese steel, but it can also be covered with a polyurethane coating, which enables even greater wear resistance in demanding working environments. The workpieces are loaded into the machine manually or by forklift. The process can be partially automated by loading the workpieces into the drum with the help of a hydraulic loader placed in front of the machine, and when emptying, they are loaded directly into the boxes or onto the vibrating conveyor, which is located between the machine and the loader. The blasting wheel is installed on the cover of the drum in order to achieve greater shotblasting efficiency.
