Overview
The BEKA FL-MZ Series comprises gear pumps designed to supply oil and oil-like lubricants with adequate lubricity. The range includes FL (flange), U (foot) and MZ (motor) variants for industrial lubrication and transfer applications.

Design & Compliance
ATEX certified for use in hazardous environments. Compact, rugged construction to reduce installation footprint and ease maintenance. MZ motor pumps available in horizontal and vertical arrangements; horizontal MZ units can be mounted on a reservoir or machine and can suction up to 1 m from an oil sump.

Series variants

• FL: Flange-mounted pumps for direct drive via coupling (e.g. machine tools, compressors, high-pressure pumps). Available for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation; optional constant delivery direction.
• U: Foot-mounted pumps; functionally comparable to flange pumps but with different mounting.
• MZ: Motor pumps in horizontal or vertical construction; horizontal versions suitable for direct reservoir or machine mounting, suction height up to 1 m.

Gear types
Available as external and internal gear pumps. Internal gear pumps support higher operating pressures (up to 100 bar) and exhibit lower acoustic emission; external gear pumps provide a wide flow range with already low noise levels.
