Overview The PETRO-PIT® 401 filtration kit enables fast, straightforward installation of the PETRO-PIT-401 filter and its PFC-44 prefilter on retention basins and pits. Its self-locking mechanism traps harmful hydrocarbons and prevents soil contamination. The oleophilic and hydrophobic polymer component permanently retains hydrocarbons while allowing filtered rainwater to pass.
Kit contents - 1 stainless-steel 90° elbow, 1.5 in female threaded outlet for the retention unit
- 1 stainless-steel 1.5 in quarter-turn valve
- 1 PFC-44 prefilter
- 1 PETRO-PIT-401 filter cartridge for non-specific hydrocarbons
- 1 roll of PTFE tape
Technology SPI® technology: the KIT PETRO-PIT® range is available in complete filtration systems matched to the fluid to be treated. The self-locking system confines hydrocarbons, and the oleophilic/hydrophobic polymer component permanently traps oils and hydrocarbons while ensuring passage of filtered rainwater.
