Test principle AUTO N50/1 gas permeability analyzer adopts the principle of differential pressure testing method. The processed sample is placed between the upper and lower cavities, and the whole gas system is vacuumized by a vacuum pump. Then an atmospheric pressure experimental gas is added to the upper cavity to form a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower cavities. Under the action of pressure gradient, the gas penetrates from the upper cavity to the lower cavity, and the system can calculate the gas transmittance and other barrier performance parameters of the sample through the pressure change of the lower cavity.
