Ink Rub Tester GX-C3
Introduction
GX-C3 Ink Rub Tester is designed based on international standards and is used to test the wear resistance of printed ink layers and surface coatings of related products. It can accurately evaluate the scratch resistance, ink layer adhesion and coating hardness of printed products, providing a scientific basis for printed product quality control and material performance optimization.
Test principle
The clean offset paper is rubbed against the printed surface under a certain pressure. After a certain number of times, the sample is removed to test the surface density. The ratio of the surface density to that before friction is the wear resistance of the ink layer.
