PRODUCT PROFILE
GQ-D1 Drop Ball Impact Tester is designed to assess the impact resistance of hard sheets used in food and solid pharmaceutical packaging. Unlike traditional electromagnets that can generate heat and residual magnetism, this instrument uses electromagnetic repulsion to eliminate residual magnetism and avoid overheating, improving measurement reliability. The unit integrates precision control, touch operation and safety protections for routine quality control in packaging production.

TEST PRINCIPLE
The sample is fixed on the test bench and a steel ball of specified mass is released to fall freely from a set height to impact the sample. After impact, the sample is inspected for visible damage and evaluated against required performance criteria.
