OverviewThe ISO-SK collet tool holder is the torque‑oriented member of the ISO toolholder family. Its 8° SK collet geometry increases clamping strength for heavier milling and drilling operations and can be arranged to accept internal (center‑through) coolant supply when configured accordingly.
Key performance- Tool holder run-out accuracy: ≤ 2 μm
- Combined run-out accuracy: ≤ 5 μm
- Dynamic balancing grade: ≤ G1
- Torque transfer: up to 1.5× vs non-torque-oriented collet types (as specified)
- Typical tool compatibility: h7 tolerance, 1–25 mm
Features- 8° SK collet geometry for increased clamping strength
- Torque-oriented ISO interface optimized for heavier milling and drilling
- Configurable to support internal/center-through coolant with appropriate tool and spindle arrangements
ApplicationsDesigned for milling, drilling, reaming and similar operations where rigid tool clamping and high torque transfer are prioritized over maximum clamping range. Suited to machining centers and toolings requiring stable clamping of H7 tools.
