Product description
Designed for batch deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing of parts from turret punch presses and laser cutting lines. Core grinding stations combine a powerful wide abrasive belt with flexible filament brush roller groups to deliver continuous, uniform sanding. The vacuum-type conveyor supports batch processing of parts with multiple widths at the same thickness, reducing manual sanding, airborne dust and inconsistent results while preparing parts for folding, coating and welding.

Functions
Batch removal of burrs, rounding of sharp edges and surface polishing for punched or laser-cut parts; continuous uniform sanding achieved by wide abrasive belt plus flexible filament brush roller groups.

Optional models

• SP1300: For copper, aluminium or well-cut metal flat parts, option to install filament-brush rollers without abrasive belt.
• SGP1000: For heavy burr pre-processing (e.g., laser or plasma cut parts with large dross) or high-hardness alloys, add multiple powerful wide abrasive belt pre-processing stations combined with six brush-roller groups.
• Option to place a wide abrasive belt polishing station after the flexible filament rollers for brushed chamfered surfaces.
• Available with 1600 mm processing width as an option.
