Product Description
SGGP1000 is a versatile machine for deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing of metal parts produced by laser cutting, punching or shearing. Two wide abrasive belt heads remove larger burrs or perform whole-surface finishing (e.g. No.4 finish). The planetary abrasive barrel station, equipped with four abrasive barrels (optional 6), focuses on edges and contours to produce consistent edge radii while minimizing impact on flat surfaces. The machine processes small and medium burrs with much higher consistency and throughput than manual methods. Integrated dust extraction prevents metal dust from dispersing into the workspace.
