Applications
SGP1000 is a versatile machine designed for deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing of metal parts. The wide abrasive belt head removes larger burrs and performs line or surface finishing (for example No.4 finish). The planetary abrasive barrel station with six abrasive barrels (3 clockwise, 3 counter-clockwise) rounds edges and contours while minimizing effect on flat surfaces. Suitable for parts from laser cutting, punching, shearing and similar processes with small-to-medium burrs and sharp edges. Integrated dust extraction prevents metal dust dispersion and improves shop safety and cleanliness.
