Function
Designed for batch deburring, edge rounding (chamfering) and surface brushing of parts from turret presses and laser cutting lines. The main finishing section combines a powerful wide abrasive belt with sets of flexible filament brush rollers to provide continuous, uniform material removal and surface conditioning. The vacuum conveyor enables stable handling of mixed-format parts of the same thickness and prepares parts for subsequent bending, painting or welding operations.

Optional configurations

• SP1300: configuration with filament brush rollers only (no abrasive belt) recommended for copper, aluminium or well-cut metal sheets requiring brushing without aggressive belt grinding.
• SGP1000: multiple heavy-duty wide abrasive-belt stations plus six brush rollers for heavy burr pre-processing (e.g. large slag from laser/plasma cutting) or very hard alloys.
• Alternate layout placing wide-belt brushing after the flexible brush-roller section for parts requiring chamfered-edge brushing.
• Optional 1600 mm working-width flexible finishing configuration available.

Suitable for

• Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and similar metals.
• Parts with protective film can be processed while preserving the film to the greatest extent.
• Thickness range: 0.5 mm–500 mm; suitable for deburring parts up to 1300 mm width.
• Pre-paint large chamfer preparation and surface conditioning prior to coating.
