Product description
SGP1300 is a versatile industrial machine for metal deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing. A wide abrasive belt head removes larger burrs or performs broad surface finishing (for example No.4 finish). The planetary abrasive barrel station (8 abrasive barrels: 4 clockwise + 4 counter‑clockwise) targets edges and contours to further round profiles with minimal effect on the main surface. The machine is designed for parts from laser cutting, punching, shearing and similar processes, delivering consistent results and higher throughput compared with manual methods. Integrated dust extraction prevents metal dust dispersion.

• Additional wide abrasive belt head(s) on the back for straight‑line surface finishing (e.g. one wide head after the planetary station).
• Working width options of 1300 mm or 1500 mm available.
