Softex® torsionally flexible couplings are maintenance-free and offer excellent dynamic performance. Different elastomer hardnesses for the gear rings allow for higher torques with the same coupling size.
The drive couplings are available as Softex® FA flange couplings, as Softex® TL with a clamping sleeve, Softex® Split with a predetermined breaking point, and as the Softex® ES no backlash version.
The backlash-free couplings of the Softex® ES series are suitable as friction-fit, backlash-free shaft connections with low inertia, particularly for linear, positioning, or servo drives. Also available in a clamping ring version for spindle drives in machine tools.

Type 6.0P- High precision, zero backlash shaft connection under high friction torque
